手に入れる (obtain)
コアイメージ: 物・情報・機会を「取りに行って確保」する動き。
例文
- I finally got a ticket for the concert.
- 「そのコンサートチケットをついに手に入れた」

到達する (reach / arrive)
コアイメージ: 動いて「目的地・段階に到着」。
例文
- We got to Kyoto before noon.
- 「お昼前に京都に着いた」
- What time does the train get in?
- 「列車は何時に到着する？」
状態になる (become / get + 形容詞・分詞)
コアイメージ: 〜な状態になる(変化に注目)
例文
- It’s getting cold.
- 「寒くなってきた」
- She got worried about the delay.
- 「彼女は遅れを心配するようになった」
Tips
be動詞 + 形容詞・分詞 がすでにそうなっていることに注目するのに対し、become / get + 形容詞・分詞 は変化に注目する
理解する (understand)
コアイメージ: 情報を自分の中に“腹落ち”させる。= understand

させる／やってもらう (get + 人 + to V / get + O + 過去分詞)
コアイメージ: 行動を“外注”して結果を取ってくる。

- 「ノートPCを直してもらう必要がある」
Tips
相手に説得やお願いなどを働きかけたうえで、〇〇してもらうというニュアンス
受ける・経験する (receive / experience)
コアイメージ: 外からの影響を“被って自身の状態に取り込む”。

(機会があって) できる。～する機会を得る。
